If you were a poll worker in the Feb. '08 primary and are upset by what happened that day... if you are considering becoming a new poll worker or have already committed for the Nov. '08 election so that you can help be a part of the solution... this is the group for you!

We are hoping to share support and information in the months leading up to and on Election Day. Beyond that, we'd like to brainstorm ideas to get new, concerned, interested poll workers involved in this year's elections and in the future. The County has a hard enough time recruiting and training poll workers, the paucity of willing workers mean that there are few to no standards or prerequisites for service, and for the sake of the voters, that must be remedied. Let's get together and make it happen!
